ABOUT ME
Somewhere between strategy and craft.
I started out studying architecture, which honestly makes a lot of sense in hindsight. The obsession with how space feels to move through translated pretty directly into thinking about digital products.
These days I lead design on products used by hundreds of thousands of people. I sit at the intersection of research, systems thinking, and visual execution — equally comfortable in a whiteboard full of sticky notes or in my design tool at 11pm getting the spacing exactly right.
Outside of work: I shoot 35mm film, drink too much pour-over, and I've had a thing for brutalist typography since 2017 that I refuse to call just a phase even today.

HOW I WORK
My process
PHASE 01
Research & Discovery
Interviews, heuristics, and competitive audits. I won't open Figma until the problem is clear and the users are understood.
01
PHASE 02
Define
Synthesise research into clear problem statements, personas, and prioritised user journeys to align the team project goals.
02
PHASE 03
Ideate & Wireframe
IA, user journeys, and wireframes. Pressure-tested with real users early before committing to any visual design decisions.
03
PHASE 04
Visual Design
High-fidelity UI with motion, tokens, and component specs. Pixel-perfect but never overworked or precious.
04
PHASE 05
Outcomes
Annotated specs, eng syncs, and launch QA. I stay close until it's live — then keep watching the data closely.
